A lawsuit brought by former students of a vocational college with locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn claims the school is a sham that targets low-income minorities — leaving them in debt and unemployed.

The class-action suit, filed in Manhattan federal court, claims ASA College dupes students into believing “they are guaranteed to obtain jobs and will earn specific wages and salaries that are wildly inflated.”

ASA ads, splashed on city subways and TV, falsely promote “outstanding job placement assistance,” the suit alleges.

The school targets low-income minorities “because they know they are more vulnerable,” said Yisroel Schulman, president of New York Legal Assistance Group, which filed the suit on behalf of six students.

The school didn’t respond to several requests for comment.
