NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Prosecutors yesterday declined to pursue a criminal trespassing charge against a Wisconsin man arrested this month for climbing a fence at the Nashville home of singer Taylor Swift.
Jacob Kulke, 24, was arrested Dec. 14 after climbing a fence at the home. He claimed he was tricked through social media into believing he was communicating with the star and invited to come visit. Swift, 23, was overseas at the time.
