COLUMBUS, Ohio — A second-grade Ohio teacher accused of running over her husband while their two children were in the car has her job back after charges against her were dropped.

A spokesman for the Pickerington Local School District in suburban Columbus says 40-year-old Angela Luke was reinstated Thursday.

She was suspended after being charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and reckless homicide in the Oct. 4 death of 42-year-old Daniel Luke.

Daniel Luke died after he was struck by a car driven by his wife in the driveway of their home near Canal Winchester.

A dramatic 911 call made by their 10-year-old daughter who was in the car describes them trying to get away from her violent father. She says her mother accidentally hit her father with the car.
