Someone get these mother-slithering snakes out of this mother-slithering closet!

An 18-year-old from Florida was nabbed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for storing 10 venomous snakes in his closet, two of which were dead, WPEC CBS 12 reports.

Bailey Hough was charged with keeping venomous reptiles without a permit and ordered to complete a “misdemeanor diversion program,” according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel.

The snake smuggler allegedly paid for the animals with cash out of state.

Hough was also fined $25 and sentenced to 25 hours of community service.

The snakes found by species were: one copperhead, two canebrakes and seven Carolina pygmies, The Sun Sentinel reports.
