RIVERTON, Wyo. — Authorities are investigating after a 19-year-old woman found a body while playing an internet phone app game.

Shayla Wiggens says she found the body Friday in the Wind River in west-central Wyoming.

According to the Riverton Ranger, the woman says she was playing the mobile app Pokemon Go, which uses GPS to direct players to game locations.

Undersheriff Ryan Lee says the death appears to be accidental. The victim has not been identified pending an autopsy.
