Beatlemania will hit the Big Apple next month when a rare collection of memorabilia hits the auction block.

Hundreds of items — including the Beatles’ first recording contract from 1961 — will be up for grabs at Fletcher Sinclair Mansion on the Upper East Side on Sept. 19.

“[The contract is] quite possibly the most important document, as far as the Beatles go, that’s ever come to auction,” declared Dean Harmeyer, of Heritage Auctions, handling the sale on behalf of the estate of Uwe Blaschke, a German graphic designer and Beatles historian who died in 2010.

The six-page contract is expected to go for about $150,000.

The band made about $80 from the contract, which was signed in Hamburg, Germany, were the band honed its act in area nightclubs.

Harmeyer said the document is in German, leaving the band “no idea what they were signing.”

“All that mattered to them was that they were actually signing a recording contract with a real recording studio to make a real record,” he added. “That’s what they dreamed of.”

Other items include a 1962 autographed copy of “Love Me Do” — the first single recorded with drummer Ringo Starr, which could go for $10,000; a Swiss menu from 1965 signed by the Fab Four when they were filming “Help!” expected to reel in $12,000; and a 1960 postcard Starr sent his grandmother from Hamburg that could fetch $4,000.

“The people hear [sic] are OK,” he wrote.

The collection, which has never been stateside, is hitting the road next week with viewings planned in Dallas and Beverly Hills ahead of the New York auction.

“This collection opens a window to a part of Beatles history that’s not well known internationally,” Beatles expert Ulf Kruger said in a statement.

“John Lennon himself famously said he was born in Liverpool but grew up in Hamburg and this collection documents that transition. There’s really nothing comparable to it in the entire world,” he said.
