North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was treated to a massive art performance in Pyongyang as thousands of dancers took part in an elaborate propaganda display — but Kim was not a fan.

The despotic leader slammed the creators as having the “wrong spirit” after viewing a mass synchronized gymnastics production that featured flaming hoops, according to North Korean state media.

Kim called the producers and “seriously criticized them for their wrong spirit of creation and irresponsible work attitude,” North Korea’s KCNA news agency said Tuesday.

The leader of the nuclear-armed nation said the creators “have a very important duty in socialist cultural construction.”

Kim then “set forth important tasks for correctly implementing the revolutionary policy of our Party on literature and art.”

The performance included gymnasts jumping through flaming hoops and jumping on trampolines while fireworks light up the sky.

It wasn’t clear which particular aspect of the show disappointed the leader.
