Dramatic footage from the scene of the terror attack in Jerusalem shows one of the assailants lying on the ground before jumping up and lunging at cops, who then gun him down.

The video obtained by the Times of Israel then captures several heavily armed officers as they surround the man, who lies motionless on the ground on the Temple Mount.

His knife was recovered at the scene.

A search of the two attackers’ bodies also revealed two submachine guns and a pistol.

Two Israeli police officers — Haiel Sitawe, 30, and Kamil Shnaan, 22 – were killed in the rampage.

A lightly injured officer was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center for treatment of shrapnel wounds to the neck, arms and hands.
