A New Jersey thief stole a man’s cellphone — then taunted his victim by posting a freaky selfie to the guy’s Instagram story, local police said this week.

The Kearny Police Department shared the bulgy-eyed snapshot of the suspect in hopes that the community can help track him down, the department said in a Facebook post Wednesday.

On May 16, the victim reported his iPhone stolen, authorities said. Shortly after the theft, the suspect revealed himself with the goofy photo posted to the victim’s Instagram story.

Nearly two months later, the selfie-happy robber is still at large — and cops are looking for the public’s help.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kearny Police detective bureau at tips@kearnynjpd.org or 201-998-1313 (2833). All tips will remain confidential.
