Troubled golf legend Tiger Woods was photographed talking on his cell phone shortly after crashing his luxury SUV in Florida Friday afternoon while he was allegedly driving under the influence.

Woods was wearing sunglasses, a blue polo shirt and blue shorts with his phone held up to his ear as he stood feet away from his Land Rover, which rolled onto its side in the collision.

The 50-year-old billionaire athlete, who was not injured, attempted to swerve around a flatbed truck, but clipped it while speeding about three miles from his home on Jupiter Island, police said.

Woods appeared to be under the influence of “some type of medication or drug” — as a breath test showed no signs of alcohol, Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said during a press conference.

The pro golfer was forced to crawl out of his overturned SUV from the passenger door. He was charged with driving under the influence with property damage and refusing a lawful test.

Budensiek said a pressure cleaner truck pulling a small trailer north on South Beach Road spotted Woods’ Land Rover barrelling behind at high speed, ready to overtake him on the narrow, two-lane road.

The speed limit on that road is 30 mph and there is no shoulder, police said.

Woods’ SUV passed around, but clipped the back end of the trailer, causing his vehicle to roll over and crash, the sheriff said.

After officers conducted roadside tests, they took Woods to Martin County’s jail. He took a breath test but refused a urine test, Budensiek said.
