Beef over bad service turned into a brawl where a server’s folding tray was slammed on someone’s back in a fight involving several people at Texas’ famed San Antonio Riverwalk, according to video.
The brawl started when a customer at the Republic of Texas restaurant became upset when the bill was brought to him, according to the Houston Chronicle. The man wasn’t happy with the service and his bill. That led to an argument and eventually he swung at several restaurant workers.
A viral video of the fight shows at least five people involved in the melee, as Riverwalk boats slow down to watch. Restaurant patrons exchange blows with staffers, and one man grabs a folding tray stand and smashes it onto another man’s back. One patron also throws what appears to be a metal pitcher when San Antonio police show up and break up the fight.

The 30-year-old man who started the fight over his bill was arrested, San Antonio police told KENS-TV. His identity has not been released, said the station, but he was taken into custody and booked on an assault charge.
Despite the chaotic scene, no major injuries were reported.
