A former Park Avenue neurosurgeon who ran an anti-aging clinic is set to go to trial next Monday for allegedly sexually assaulting one of his patients.
Eric Braverman is accused of molesting the woman during a massage at his private office on Park Avenue South in the Flatiron District in July 2017, according to a criminal complaint.
The 63-year-old had “no legitimate purpose” to touch the woman other than “for the purpose of degrading and abusing her,” the complaint says.
The ex-doctor was arrested in October 2017 and charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse. He has denied any wrongdoing.
Braverman declined to comment at a pretrial hearing Wednesday in Manhattan Criminal Court.
His lawyer, Donald Vogleman, told The Post Braverman is “not guilty … he is actually 100 percent innocent.”
“My client looks forward to his day in court,” he added.
Braverman was previously arrested on sexual assault charges after a woman accused him of attacking her in his Tribeca apartment in 2015. In that case, he pleaded guilty to harassment to avoid jail time.
The disgraced doctor also was convicted of stealing court documents related to his multimillion-dollar divorce with his third wife.
Braverman once enjoyed a list of notable patients, including Gov. George Pataki and actress Suzanne Somers.
He also authored several books about aging and hormones, including “Younger (Sexier) You” and “The Edge Effect.”
