White House border czar Tom Homan blasted Virginias new Democratic governor — who has been branded a “Bond villain” and the “White Witch” — after she signed an array of lefty policies, saying she’s a “different person than what she ran on.”

Gov. Abigail Spanberger rescinded her predecessor’s immigration policies within her first hours in office on Jan. 17, signing Executive Order 10, which said state and local law would not partner with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“I’m a resident of Virginia and Spanberger — I remember her campaign ads. ‘I’m a law enforcement officer. I rescued children from sex trafficking.’ I’ve seen the commercials,” Homan told “Ruthless” co-host John Ashbrook.

“So, first day in office, she stops being a law enforcement officer and became a politician because where’s all those commercials you did about supporting law enforcement and rescuing kids?”

Spanberger’s office argued the executive order doesn’t eliminate federal law enforcement from enforcing “federal civil immigration laws” but will limit local and state agencies from “diverting limited resources” to the efforts.

The 64-year-old border czar praised President Trump’s efforts in his first year back in office and called out Spanberger’s pivot from her gubernatorial campaign messages.

“First of all, this administration — we already found 130,000 of those missing kids. The last (presidential) administration wasn’t even looking for them. Many of these children were victims of sex trafficking and forced labor. We’re tearing apart these trafficking rings. We’re looking for these missing children. We’re arresting criminal aliens, many of them like just (in) the last two weeks in Minnesota.

“A lot of them were sexual predators of children. Child rape. Where’s she gone? I mean, she’s a different person than what she ran on.”

Homan is hopeful that his team can continue to work in Virginia with Spanberger’s administration but said it “doesn’t look good.”

“Well, we’ll work around it,” he said. “We’re working around that in New York and, you know, California and Oregon and Illinois. These states are not friendly. They won’t work with ICE. So, it just means we’ve got to send more resources to those states because it makes our job harder.

“If they work with us — I mean, one agent can arrest one illegal alien in a county jail,” he said. “Give us access to the person that you locked in a jail cell, and they’re in the country illegally. When you’re done, you give them to us. That’s the most efficient way to do it. But when you are knowingly going to release public safety threats in the community, now we’ve got to send a whole team out looking for them.”

Homan says he stuck to his promise of “flooding sanctuary cities,” as they are a threat to public safety.

“So, unfortunately, they set the stage, and we’re going to do what we’ve got to do. They’re not going to stop us. They can stand on the sidelines and watch. Shame on them, but they’re not going to stop us from doing this mission.”

Conservatives have not given Spanberger a warm welcome because of her flurry of executive orders on a dizzying array of lefty policies during her first days in office.

The orders were widespread, from immigration to a regional greenhouse gas initiative to slashing carbon emissions.

“A long winter without Christmas has come to Virginia,” the conservative Catholic Lepanto Institute swiped with a photo of Spanberger as the wicked White Witch from the Narnia books.

“She’s like a Bond villain,” Assistant US Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon jabbed in response to Spanberger’s executive order on ICE.

One of Spanberger’s executive orders described as “equal opportunity” prohibits discrimination based on race, sex, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, political affiliation, or against otherwise qualified persons with disabilities.

The order directed authorities to take “affirmative measures in the recruitment of qualified minorities, women, disabled persons and older Virginians to serve at all levels of state government.”

The Virginia Constitution already prohibits discrimination based on race, color, sex and gender with the Virginia Human Rights code expanding the code to any age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, and disability in employment, housing, and public accommodations.
