Warning: Graphic Language

Two sisters nearly battered each other flat as pancakes at a Tennessee IHOP — a breakfast brawl that landed them both in the slammer.

Minutes-long video footage shows Shanika Strickland and Janika Nellums, both employees at the Memphis breakfast chain, trading punches and spitting expletive-ridden insults as other workers try to pull them off each other, according to WALB-10.

The fight, which happened on Sunday, starts with one of the women holding her sister by her hair while she lets loose a series of jabs to her face.

They then chase each other into the dining area as the unruly sisters throw chairs at each other while one holds a crying baby, who police later said was one of the suspect’s nephew.

The destruction caused at least $1,000 in damage, according to an IHOP’s manager.

Fellow employees were eventually able to separate them until police arrived.

“That’s why I don’t go out… because of stuff like that,” Janet Smith, who was dining at the restaurant during the sister smackdown, told the station. “You be too scared.”

Nellums was brought to a local hospital to treat her injuries until she joined her sister behind bars.

They were both charged with assault and vandalism.
