A United Airlines worker and his wife have been charged with stealing luggage after the fatal Asiana Airlines crash in San Francisco.
The couple allegedly stole the luggage from a flight that had been diverted after the July 6 crash, in which three people were killed.
Sean Sharif Crudup, 44, was charged with grand theft and burglary, while his wife Raychas Elizabeth Thomas, 32, will be arraigned in August, officials said.
The pair were arrested and later released on bail.
Surveillance video allegedly showed Crudup taking the bags and handing them to his wife, said Karen Guidotti, chief deputy district attorney for San Mateo County.
