Swimsuit beauty Kate Upton slammed her former Jets boy toy in a tweet about last night’s college football title game, in which Alabama beat Notre Dame 42-14.

“It’s okay Notre Dame this happened to the Jets every week,” she tweeted in a slap at the Jets QB, who has in the past been romantically linked to the curvy model.

Upton has more than 654,000 Twitter followers.
