Vladimir Putin is working on his iron fist.

Sunday was an arms day for Russia’s president, who showed off his morning workout in the latest photo release from the Kremlin.

The macho man wore a skin-tight white T-shirt paired with blue exercise pants while working up a sweat at the state residence in Sochi, flexing his forearms while sporting his signature scowl.

But while he exudes his tough-guy persona in the picture, the weights appear to only be on the second tier and the actual amount he is lifting is not visible.
