An Omaha couple wants a rich premium for the house they’re selling across the street from billionaire Warren Buffett’s home.

Phil and Anne Huston’s asking price: 10 A shares of Berkshire Hathaway, the company Buffett leads.

The shares closed at $215,800 Friday, making the asking price $2.158 million.

The real-estate Web site Trulia estimates the value of the 4,990-square-foot house at $866,000.

Phil Huston says 10 Berkshire shares is a fair price. “You’re 100 feet away from the strongest financial karma in the entire universe,” he told Omaha TV station WOWT. “Location, location, location.”
