Hillary Clinton addresses her staff and supporters Wednesday morning in the wake of her shocking defeat by Donald Trump. Her concession speech from the New Yorker Hotel’s Grand Ballroom comes 19 months after she began her campaign in New York City with a rally at Roosevelt Island.

Clinton had been expected to give the speech at the city’s Jacob Javits Center during the night when it became clear she would lose. Instead, her campaign manager, John Podesta, said there would be no announcement until the morning and told staffers to get some sleep.
