A cache of weapons was stolen during a break-in at a United States Army Reserve Center in Worcester, Massachusetts on Sunday, sources told the Post.
A firearms vault inside the center was found busted into on Sunday morning and the weapons — Six M4 Carbine assault rifles and Ten Sig Saur pistols — were missing from inside, according to law enforcement sources.
“There is no indication that these missing weapons are connected to any kind of terrorism threat whatsoever,” the FBI said in a statement.
“Nevertheless, every effort will be made to recover these weapons immediately.”
The FBI said it is collaborating with Massachusetts State Police to recover the weapons.
