ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — A casino can control how much body weight its cocktail-servers gain, a judge has found, claiming that the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa’s rules are reasonable.

Twenty-two servers, known as “Borgata Babes,” sued over the policy.

The judge found the rule would be considered sexist if the policy targeted female servers only or punished a trait in one sex over another, and said neither was evident in the case.
