A stray named Tinker is now a fat cat.

An elderly London widow has left the friendly feline her $562,000 home in London as well as a $160,000 trust fund.

Margaret Layne, 89, made it clear in her will that Tinker will have lifelong residency.

When Tinker dies the estate will pass to the trustees, Mrs. Layne’s neighbors.

But Lindenger said “it would be much worse to be called The Phantom or Tarzan.”
