Ah, sweet revenge! A Minnesota man phoned a company 100 times in two days after they plagued him with marketing calls.

Marc Plaisted of Duluth said he started hounding Minnesota Auto Glass because its telemarketers called him three times a day and cursed him when he told them to stop.

“I said, “‘Enough is enough. I’m going after you guys now,” said Plaisted. “I called them every five minutes and let them know that, no, I don’t have a crack in my windshield.” The company has promised to stop calling.

Everett was named grand champion market hog at the Ohio State Fair – but judges have since disqualified the 275-pound porker after finding he still had some testicular tissue, in violation of fair rules that market hogs be totally castrated.

Owner Todd Creager of Wauseon says the disqualification was “handled without any compassion.”

Mensa members might be geniuses, but it doesn’t mean they’re stuffed shirts.

They’ll dress as cartoon characters and stage a beauty pageant featuring a swimsuit competition this weekend at their convention in St. Paul, Minn.

Organizer DeDe Tredinnick says people have the wrong idea about Mensa folk. “They think I should have my pocket protector or be an engineer or be very solemn or very intellectual,” she said.
