A Nebraska women thought she’d entered the Twilight Zone when a gorilla suddenly approached and crooned, “You Are So Beautiful.”

It turns out Judy Price’s fiancé had arranged for a singer to dress up in the ape suit to give his love a unique Valentine’s Day surprise in the town of Grand Island.

“I have never been hugged by a gorilla before,” Price said. “That was a first.”

Bill Howe made eating a pie look as easy as pie yesterday.

Howe, 30, devoured three cherry pies in 10 minutes to win $500 in the first New Jersey Presidents Day cherry pie-eating contest in Westampton.

Making the competition even stranger was the judge, who was dressed head to toe in a George Washington costume.

Officials want to give Rick Ivey’s pig the chop, but that might prove difficult, since this swine is no ordinary porker.

It’s a giant fiberglass pig that hangs over Ivey’s barbecue joint in Stafford County, Va., and local politicians say it’s an eyesore.

Ivey, who has been given a month to take it down or face fines of $1,100, vows to fight to save his bacon.

A Hong Kong family sat down to watch an oral-hygiene DVD as part of a toothpaste promotion – and turned beet red when a disgusting porn flick, called “Secrets of Girls Urinating,” came on.

Instead of getting tips on brushing and flossing, the mother, father and their kids saw close-up shots of women relieving themselves.

Authorities are investigating the mix-up.

An Italian man had to be rushed to the hospital and given oxygen after he and his girlfriend broke the world kissing record.

Truck driver Andrea Sarti, 37, and gal pal Anna Chen, 30, smooched for 31 hours, 18 minutes and 33 seconds.

During the feat, the couple, one of three in the challenge, were not allowed to eat, drink or go to the bathroom.

One couple gave up within an hour; the second quit about nine hours later.
