Japanese designers say they’ve finally come up with the perfect solution – the boyfriend pillow.
The pillow is being hailed as the ideal sleep partner because it doesn’t hog the covers, snore – or cheat on its other half. One model also comes with a wake-up alarm.
A Maryland 911 operator thought he could do this one in his sleep. Now his bosses want answers.
The apparently zzzz-challenged operator dozed off while taking a recent call of a break-in at 2:40 a.m., authorities said.
A tape of the conversation between the victim and operator shows the operator fell asleep as soon as the frantic caller started talking. The operator even snored.
It took a full one minute and 48 seconds before the 911 operator could be roused again.

Rich parents recently unleashed a bidding war for a kiddie painting done at a pre-school in Melbourne, Australia – with the winner shelling out more than $40,000.
“I just put a couple of hundred dollars down for it. Then one of the other parents . . . started bidding,” one dad said.
“I thought it was a joke, but she was trying to prove a point to me,” he said. “She said her pockets were deeper than mine, and I said, ‘I don’t really care, you are doing it for different reasons.’ “
Todd the police dog apparently had a drug problem, but tragically, his handler didn’t find out until it was too late.
The beloved springer spaniel, who lived with a police officer in England, died recently after searching a car for drugs and becoming ill.
It was discovered that the pooch suffered an amphetamine overdose.
He must have been smoking something.
An Aussie recently called cops to his house – to report his marijuana plants had been swiped.
The man said thieves swiped his plants after smashing a window in his house.
Police later decided they couldn’t charge the man – because the only potential evidence in the case was gone.
