Now this is pizza to go.
A West Bank pizzeria was razed after the eatery posted an ad that used a photo mocking an elderly Israeli woman taken hostage by Hamas terrorists in the Oct. 7 attack on Israel.
The woman, a Holocaust survivor, was photographed in her wheelchair during the Hamas assault.
The Facebook ad for the unidentified restaurant in the town of Huwara featured the image of the woman, and included her holding a pizza along with the phrase “You are welcome” and several laughing emojis, according to a report in the Times of Israel.
In response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the Israel Defense Forces to bulldoze the eatery, according to reports.
Israeli settlers in the town gathered around the shop after the ad appeared, calling for it to be destroyed amid reports that Israeli forces are closely watching events in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and its northern border.

The Israel Defense Forces arrived at the pizza parlor Thursday, according to Israeli news reports.
They also detained the owner and ordered the pizzeria to be shuttered, citing its alleged support of terrorist activities.

“We are against harming men and women and just want to earn a living with dignity and live in peace with everyone,” it read. “We are very sorry to the members of our family and others who were hurt.”
