Someone is about to move to Easy Street.

A winning ticket for Friday night’s $521 million lottery Mega Millions jackpot was sold at a Lukoil station in Riverdale, NJ, about 30 miles outside New York City.

The winning numbers: 11,28,31, 46 and 59, and the Mega Ball 1.

The New Jersey Lottery tweeted Saturday morning after the winning ducat was announced.

“I woke up to that news and it’s great,” owner Ameer Karass said. “I’m really happy for the winners.”

Karass, who said well-wishers have been calling and stopping by the station, quipped, “it’s a celebration. It’s Christmas coming in Easter.”

The jackpot winner will receive a $521 million annuity or a $317 million lump sum, the fourth-largest jackpot in Mega Millions annals.
