A Maryland woman died after receiving butt-enlargement injections in a Queens basement Saturday, law enforcement sources said.

Kelly Mayhew, 34, of Suitland, Md., traveled with her mother to the basement apartment inside 10-31 Dickens St. in Far Rockaway for the cosmetic procedure, sources said.

Mayhew was put on a gurney and had unknown substances injected into her buttocks before she went “in distress,” sources added.

When the mother heard her daughter screaming, she called 911, sources said.

Police and EMS responded to the apartment around 6:46 p.m. and found Mayhew unconscious and unresponsive, cops said.

At some point when emergency responders were working on Mayhew, the woman who performed the procedure grabbed her car keys and fled the scene. Police are still searching for the woman, sources said.

Mayhew was rushed to St. John’s Hospital, where she was declared dead, authorities said.

There have been no arrests, and police are investigating.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, cops said.
