A woman was fatally shot in the head outside of a Bronx building, police said.

The unidentified woman was found lying in front of a building on 214th Street near Holland Avenue in Williamsbridge around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.

The victim was not carrying identification and police have not been able to identify her.

She is believed to be in her 20s, police said.
