A woman was shot in the leg during a vigil at the Atlanta Wendy’s where Rayshard Brooks was recently gunned down by police.

The unidentified shooting victim was conscious and breathing after the Friday night incident, and her injuries are not life-threatening, according to a report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Twenty gunshots are heard in a video that was uploaded to social media where the woman is shown on the ground as fellow protesters scramble to get help.

Brooks, an African American father of four, was shot and killed by police in the same Wendy’s parking lot June 12, in an incident that has sparked massive protests across the US.

Last week, the president of an Atlanta university and a local entrepreneur joined forces to provide more than $600,000 in full scholarships for Brooks’ children. Brooks had three young daughters and a 13-year-old stepson.

Clark Atlanta University President George French and Aisha “Pinky” Cole announced the scholarships to the school Friday. Hollywood mogul Tyler Perry also announced that he was providing Brooks’ children with scholarships and paid for his funeral costs last week.
