Social distancing has gone to her head.

A young woman proved truly aloof as she walked through Paris Monday — with a 3-foot sign sticking out of her hat to keep people away.

“This is a one-meter hat,” the sign said in French, indicating it was just over 3-feet. “Please respect distancing!”

Even in a city known for its quirky fashion, the otherwise elegant looking woman turned heads as she walked down the Champs Elysees Monday, the day France started easing some of its lockdown measures.

Video shot of her by passerby Amar Taoualit had been viewed more than 3,000 times by Tuesday.

Many viewers suggested the head-turning look was far from effective, however — designed so that people would only keep back 1.5 feet either side of her, woefully short of the recommended 6-feet.

Another local replied of the fashion-forward City of Lights, “Paris will always be Paris.”
