A crazed, grinning man was seen brandishing two giant knives as he stalked a neighborhood and allegedly stabbed two people in Scotland.
The lunatic, wearing camouflage clothing, barricaded himself in an apartment building Monday morning and offered a sinister grin to armed police while locals on the ground shouted abuse at him, as reported by Edinburgh Live.

“Armed police, dogs been here for about two hours,” he said.
Scott Kennedy, Police Scotland’s chief inspector, confirmed the incident is “not being treated as terror-related.”
“The earlier disturbance in the Calder area of Edinburgh is now contained and there is not believed to be any wider risk to the public,” he said.
The man was seen lurking in the neighborhood on Monday morning.

Police Scotland has not confirmed if the man has been arrested.
