People in nearly a dozen countries across the Middle East fled fire and death and were forced to cower in shelters for hours Saturday as Iran retaliated against “Operation Epic Fury” by attacking civilian and military targets.

At least six people were killed as Iran lashed out at nine countries in attacks which set luxury hotels aflame and had panicked passengers fleeing Dubai International Airport, video showed.

The late Saturday strike at the airport in the United Arab Emirates was intercepted but debris left four people hurt and caused smoke to fill a terminal, according to reports.Panicked passengers fled, and one person was killed.

Despite apparently crippling losses — including the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and other key regime figures — Iran repeatedly launched drone and missile strikes against its neighbors. Most were taken out by air defense systems.

A massive explosion could be seen close to the US Navy base on the Persian Gulf island nation of Bahrain, according to video taken from a passing car and obtained by The Post.

It wasn’t immediately clear what the impact of the strike was on the headquarters of the US Fifth Fleet, the naval command overseeing the US Navy’s Middle East operations.

Military personnel and residents were warned about the incoming missile attack, according to Stars and Stripes.Iran launched a barrage of missiles at other US military bases across the region, including in Qatar, where people could be seen fleeing a raging fireball created when the debris of destroyed incoming missiles slammed into a street.

Kuwait, the UAE, Jordan, Syria, Iraq and Saudi Arabia fended off Iranian strikes throughout the day.

The Saudis — who strongly condemned Iran’s response — shot down numerous attacks aimed at Prince Sultan Air Base, about 40 miles outside the capital city of Riyadh.But it was Israel and its people which bore the brunt of Iran’s ire.

Sirens blared throughout the country for hours, warning residents to seek shelter from at least 125 missiles fired at various times by the murderous Islamic Regime.

While most were shot down, 35 pierced Israeli airspace, according to The Jerusalem Post.

One nighttime barrage appeared to land direct hits in Tel Aviv, where one woman was killed and at least 20 people were hurt, according to reports.

The UAE military boasted of intercepting three waves of ballistic missiles from Tehran — but heart stopping footage still showed one of the countries signature hotels in flames.

Apparent debris from an intercepted Iranian attack set a large fire near the entrance of the five-star Fairmont the Palm in Dubai. It’s unclear if anyone was hurt.

A worker was also killed in Abu Dhabi, when debris from destroyed Iranian missiles landed in a residential area, the country’s Ministry of Defense announced on X.The UAE stated it “reserves the right to respond” to the Iranian strikes.

The Kuwait Ministry of Defense announced it had successfully intercepted “a number of ballistic missiles” that were launched on Ali Al-Salem Air Base, according to Stars and Stripes.

That base hosts both American and other international forces — with the attack causing extensive damage to the runway, according to that report.

And in Syria, four people were killed in the town of Sweida, according to reports.

Iran also aimed its outrage at Erbil International Airport in Iraq, which is used by the US military, according to officials.

The US and Israeli daylight attack came in response to the Iranian regime refusing to agree to a deal that would dismantle its nuclear program.Trump warned of possible casualties from Iranian attacks but reassured proper protocols were in place to minimize American deaths.

“My administration has taken every possible step to minimize the risk to US personnel in the region,” he said.

“… But we’re doing this not for now, we’re doing this for the future and it is a noble mission,” he said.
