Monday marks one year since Hamas terrorists’ brutal attack on Israel — killing 1,200 innocent Israelis and taking 250 hostage — that incited war in the region. Ninety-seven hostages are still being held captive in Gaza.

Thousands of pro-terror protesters have swarmed Manhattan, with one group — led by the anti-Israel org Within Our Lifetime — starting on Wall St. and moving uptown, growing to about 2,000 people.

Another throng descended upon Washington Square Park before migrating uptown as well.

At least six protesters have been arrested.

Adams and Hochul appear in public together for the first time since NYC mayor’s indictment at somber Oct. 7 memorial

By Dorian Geiger and David Propper

Mayor Eric Adams joined Gov. Kathy Hochul on stage at a somber Oct. 7 memorial in Manhattan Monday night — their first public appearance together since Hizzoner was indicted on federal corruption charges.

Adams, who is facing calls to resign, and Hochul, a fellow Democrat who has the power to remove him from office, were on stage at the remembrance in Central Park along with other high-profile Democrats.

The pair did not appear to interact on stage. It’s unknown if the two spoke after walking off the stage during the gut-wrenching event.

By Dorian Geiger

There are huge lines outside Central Park as concertgoers line up to come in. There are no signs of protesters inside of park, as police have established a perimeter.

Nova Music Festival survivor Natalie Sanandaji took the stage shortly after 6 p.m. and addressed the crowd:

“Our community, in Israel, in New York — around the world — will never forget the hundreds murdered, the hundreds kidnapped and taken hostage," she said.

Festive — but defiant — crowd of hundreds gathers in Central Park for Oct. 7 concert

By Dorian Geiger

At Central Park, security is tight ahead of the Oct. 7 concert here. Police are descending in waves on the area, streets being blocked off now, and helicopters buzzing overhead.

Several hundred people have gathered at the concert’s main stage as event workers hand out Israeli flags to concertgoers. The mood is festive but defiant.

Security is tight, with two security perimeters, one on the outskirts where NYPD were admitting only ticketholders.

Many here say they’ve come to stand in solidarity with Israel and speak out about continued anti-semitism in the US.

At least 3 heated exchanges with police as protesters descend upon Midtown

By Hannah Fierick

There have been at least three heated exchanges with the police as protesters who started at Washington Square Park migrate uptown, stopping briefly at the New York Public Library.

It looks like they’ve detained someone, and the throng is crowding the police who appear to be trying to take the detained person away.

Democratic Majority of Israel co-founder attacked, bloodied by pro-Palestinian protesters

By Jorge Fitz-Gibbon

A pro-Israeli demonstrator was surrounded, attacked and bloodied by a pro-Palestinian crowd Monday, as thousands mobbed the streets of Manhattan on the first anniversary of the Oct. 7 terror attack on the Jewish State.

Todd Richman, co-founder Democratic Majority of Israel, was seen on social media holding an Israeli flag while a mob of protesters mock him — and try to wrest the flag away from him.

Richman is seen trying desperately trying to stand his ground as the keffiyeh-draped protesters mock and accost him.

"Get the f--k off the flag," he is heard saying. "Get off it."

The mob then gangs up on him, with one striking Rochman and leaving him with a bloody nose.

Police finally move in and disperse the crowd, which is heard shouting, "Get out of here," and one calling him "a baby killer."

By Hannah Fierick

Here at NYU, a group of protesters slightly to the right of the main group have begun yelling at police and at two counter-protesters holding the Israeli flag.

“NYPD, KKK, IDF, they’re all the same,” they're chanting.

There are probably 300 students here now.
