Horrifying video shows a racing car barrel-rolling several times into a crowd of terrified fans at a race in Argentina, killing a 25-year-old spectator.

A Volkswagen Polo R5 clipped a dirt mound during Sunday’s event in Mina Clavero, sending it flying toward fans standing on rocks watching the race.

A woman was seen desperately pulling a small girl in a blue top out of the way of the car, which hurtled by, shedding debris in the crash.

The car rolled a total of six times before coming to a stop, Motorsport reported.

Spectator Brahian Zarate Gonzalez, 25, died of his injuries at a hospital, while a woman, 40, was left with a broken ankle and a young girl suffered bruising. One image showed the woman screaming in pain while being treated at the scene. 

Driver Didier Arias and co-driver Hector Nunez avoided serious injury following the accident during the second round of the Rally Sudamericano Mina Clavero event.

International Automobile Federation bosses expressed their “deepest sympathies and sincere condolences” to the victims.
