A yoga instructor at a Montessori school in Missouri admitted he groped a 6-year-old student, because the kid was “cute,” according to a report.

Platte County prosecutors said Wednesday that Christian A. Hammond, 22, admitted to touching one of his students while they questioned him over molestation accusations, The Kansas City Star reported.

According to court documents reviewed by the outlet, the young boy told cops Hammond had reached down the front of his pants and touched him on multiple occasions and that he had also groped his behind after yoga class on Nov. 7.

Hammond teaches a ‘kid’ class at Parkville Children’s Cottage, a Montessori school for children ages 6 weeks to 9 years old.

During questioning after his Tuesday arrest, Hammond admitted to hugging the child and to fondling him over his clothing, prosecutors said.

When a detective asked why the yogi had picked the boy he reportedly stated, “I don’t know, he is a cute child.”

Hammond is charged with second degree molestation of a child under 12. He remained in jail on $100,000 cash-only bond.
