Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky turned the tables on Elon Musk Tuesday after the tech billionaire asked Twitter users to give their two cents on Russia’s war.

In response to the Tesla CEO posting a survey about whether Ukraine should give up territory to Russia, Zelensky created a poll of his own.

“Which @elonmusk do you like more?” Zelensky tweeted, asking the masses to vote either for a Musk who supports Ukraine or one who backs Russia.

Musk drew widespread backlash on Monday when he called for a “redo” of “elections of annexed regions under UN supervision.”

He also waded into the controversial issue of the future of Crimea, calling for the region to become “formally part of Russia.”

He also proposed that the water supply to Crimea be assured, and Ukraine remain neutral. The tech mogul asked Twitter users to vote on his idea.

“Russia leaves if that is [the] will of the people,” the world’s richest man tweeted.

The poll drew a response from Ukrainian diplomat Andrij Melnyk who simply tweeted, “F— off is my very diplomatic reply.”

Musk later doubled down on his proposal tweeting, “This is highly likely to be the outcome in the end – just a question of how many die before then.”

“Also worth noting that a possible, albeit unlikely, outcome from this conflict is nuclear war.”
