A British inventor with apparently too much time on his feet looked for the fastest way to remove his socks and came up with an explosive solution — a rocket launcher.
Colin Furze, 32, of Stamford, Lincolnshire, tied strings to each of his socks and attached the other ends to a projectile set to come out the business end of a shoulder-mounted launcher.
“I will try to remove my socks with a rocket launcher. See you later, socks,” he announces.
As he pulls the trigger, the socks shoot off his feet as Furze erupts in laughter.
“Brilliant. It actually works for something!” exclaims the plumber, who describes himself as a “garage inventor/video maker,” the Daily Mail reports.
